Front Shot- Look at that belly

How far along:  39 weeks

Total weight gain/loss:  24 pounds- Most weight out of all three babes

Maternity clothes: Yes, loving my leggings and pregnancy t-shirts.

Stretch Marks: I might have a couple around my belly button. It is really sore and almost looks like it is bruised. I think I also have one on the side of my belly inbetween my two scars where I got my gull bladder removed.  No additional ones that I have spotted, but it is very hard to see all of my belly.

Symptoms: Perioiral dermatitis (rash on my face, but getting better), peeing frequently, very tired, round ligament pain,  lower pelvic pain, some swelling in my hands and feet, and heart burn- No new labor symptoms- I am pretty sure I had one contraction over the weekend. lol.

Best Moment: Feeling ready for baby to arrive- Everything is officially ready.

Miss Anything: Sitting comfortably, not having heart burn, not being tired all of the time, and sleeping on my stomach

Movement: Lots- Sometimes I feel like the baby is trying to escape. I also get some pain as it is moving and grooving. I think it is running out of room.

Food cravings: Not much, Sunday I could barely eat because my heartburn sucked so bad.  I am also feeling very full lately.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing this week.

Have you started to show yet? Yes, Yes, Yes- Belly has a little bit of a torpedo look. Doesn’t look like it has dropped either, even though it feels like the baby has.

Labor Signs: I had one contraction. Yahooo. lol hopefully we can have more this week that lead to a baby:)

Belly button in or out: half popped and half flat

Gender:  Here are the girls stats: Kenna: went into labor 4 days early had her 3 days early.  She was 6 lbs 1 ounce (tiny little peanut)   Emmy: went into labor 9 days early and had her 8 days early.  She was 6 lbs  12 ounces.  If I follow the same progress that means I could go into labor this weekend:)

So my guess: October 16th- BOY/ nooo GIRL??  7 lbs 2 ounces – I really have no idea what the gender is.   I think I am going to have to go with girl. It just seems that it is going to be a girl. We have a pretty cute girl name picked out and tons of girls clothes so we are ready for a little girl. Trav has had a boy named picked out forever and we have a couple of cute baby boy clothes.  I am pretty sure I will have no problem buying a couple more boy clothes if it ends up being a boy:)

Well my prediction was wrong for the date.  With Emmy my guess was only off by one day. So maybe today will be the day, but probably not! I have no signs of baby coming today.

Wedding ring on or off? Still on.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Pretty good lately. Feeling excited, anxious, a little nervous, but overall pretty good.  I always worry a tad right before I have a baby about post postpartum depression. You just never know how you will feel after you have that precious little baby. I just keep praying that all goes well and I feel as well as I did after Emmy, still hard some days not to let those memories creep back into your mind of how awful it was and how awful I felt after Kenna.  In the end no matter what happens I know God will be there to help me get through it.   Prayers to feeling good after this baby.

Baby’s Heart Rate: 147

Looking forward to:  Hopefully having a baby, my friend’s wedding shower, maybe carving pumpkins

Today I had my 39 week doctor appointment and everything is looking good. My blood pressure and baby’s heart rate were all great.  She checked me today and I was 3 cm dilated and 60% effaced. She did mention that the baby still has not dropped and my cervix was still high. So we will see what this week brings.  The end of pregnancy has so many emotions. You have been pregnant for almost a year and your tired, sore, and every part of your body is just big.  Then you know at any moment the baby could come and you are excited, anxious, tired, but ready to meet your little one, even though you know the first couple months with a newborn are going to kick your butt. lol. NO JOKE. Having a baby is hard work, but oh so worth it.  Hopefully my next post will have a cute little baby in it. FINGERS CROSSED!

Also a cute picture of Emmy Lou!  She just cracks me up.
