I can’t believe summer is almost done. I swear it goes faster every single year. I consider summer to be done when school starts. That is when Trav heads back to work full time. It has been nice having him home part-time this summer. This is his first summer he did not have a full time job during the summer. Trust me, he still did a lot of stuff and worked two other jobs, but he had a more flexible schedule. The girls and I will miss him. On a brighter note, this is Travis’s first fall he will not be flipping a house on top of teaching, which means we will get to see him after school and on the weekends:) YAY.
This last week my sister was home from college and the girls and I had a blast hanging out with her. We went to the zoo and shopping. This was one of our first weekends we have been home in a long time. Trav and I went out to eat. It was great to hang out with Travis for a little while. Then Saturday I spent cleaning and organizing the house. I definitely feel that I have started nesting. It was nice to stay at home and catch up on everything.
On the pregnancy side of things we just keep rolling on. Things have been going really well. I feel pretty good for the most part. Really tired, but good. I feel like I have been more patient, which is nice with the girls. I also feel like I have a tad more energy to organize baby things, and things for the girls and I to do when Trav goes back to school.
