Another week has come and gone! We had a busy week. We went to Trav’s mom’s retirement party on Wednesday, I went garage saling all day Thursday, Friday we just hung out and watched a movie (thank goodness), Travis had baseball day all day Saturday while the girls and I went to a birthday party for my niece, on Sunday Travis had baseball so the girls and I went to church, grocery shopping, lunch with my dad and step mom, then dinner with our friends, and then I finished mowing the lawn. I swear we are crazy busy all of the time.
I was pretty bummed about the garage sales. We didn’t find much:( I found more things at our home town garage sales. I will have to keep looking for the rest of the items on my list. The girls had a blast at my nieces 1st birthday party and we found a super heavy patio table that will hopefully stay on our patio without getting blown away. We have now lost two patio tables because of the wind. We are surrounded by fields so the wind just whips through our yard and carries our patio table and umbrella with it. I swear it is windy at our house all of the time.
On Friday we watched a really good movie called, “The Big Short”. It was based on the collapse of the stock market and house market in 2007/2008. I would defiantly recommend this movie, it was very interesting. It really shows that we live in a crazy world.
Pregnancy is going fine, my face rash is really starting to get on my nerves. It is supposed to get better with the less makeup I wear, but then my face looks terrible without any makeup. It is a lose lose situation. Any-who, so in my picture I have no make up on:/ I am still extremely tired most of the time and have been getting head aches as well. I also have weird skin rash on my shin. I am pretty sure, my skin goes into crazy mode when I am pregnant. Dang hormones. I am thankful that I have NO signs of itchy hands! Itchy hands can be associated with Cholestasis, which they diagnosed me with during my last pregnancy after one of my blood test showed higher amounts of bile. As my pregnancy progressed my bile decreased so I was able to carry on a normal pregnancy. I am also starting to feel the baby, I can’t wait until I feel he/she more consistently. We also have a boys first and middle name picked, but no girl names. Still a long ways to go, but it’s hard not to think about or at least have an idea. Now that I have a new maternity wardrobe, I am super excited to start wearing maternity clothes. It is so nice to have clothes that fit. I am excited to have a bunch of long t-shirts.
